T1-weighted scans from both timepoints were processed using the longitudinal stream in the FreeSurfer (v7.3.2) software from https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu. Segmented regions were derived based on the Desikan-Killiany Atlas. All processing was done on the King's College London Neuroimaging Analysis Network. For details, please see Publication 14909.
Note that these longitudinal measures differ from those provided under Category 110, which are cross-sectional processing from a single timepoint.
